 MARK YOUR CALENDARS for SATURDAY, May 21st for the Burbank Youth Football Combine and the Burroughs vs. Burbank Alumni Game! - There will be a Viking Sign Up table at the Youth Football Combine.
The Burbank Youth Combine will teach and evaluate the skills of any and ALL athletes ages 5-14 – participants do not have to be signed up for Viking Football. This combine is an abbreviated skills combine, similarto what colleges use to evaluate High School and College athletes. Come and have some fun!
COST = $25 (Includes t-shirt, certificate of attendance, and awards for top performers)
LOCATION = Burbank High School football field
DATE/TIME = Saturday,May 21st from 3:00-5:00pm (check in 2:30-3:00pm)
Athletes that participate in the youth combine will get the opportunity to learn from local Players and Coaches from the community on how to excel on each test.
The followingtests will be administered:
40 Yard Dash (Speed)
20 Yard Pro Agility Shuttle (Agility)
Broad Jump (Lower Body Strength)
Throwing (Arm Strength)
Punt (Leg Strength)
Kick (Leg Strength and Accuracy)
Catching Best of 10 Balls (Hand Eye Coordination)
Push-ups 1 Minute (Strength)
Standing Medicine Ball Throw (Transfer of Power)
