This page contains a demo of the game we made in Gudrun Klinker's EIGE class at TUM. Please keep in mind this was a homework assignment completed by two people in two weeks.
The objective is to cross from one island to the other. There are elevators and a bridge that connect the two islands. If you fall off the edge of the island, you die. Then you have to kill all the evil robots, and destroy their evil Cray 1 supercomputer, which has a MEGABYTE of core memory. It's super powerful.
The robots follow paths determined by waypoints, which are shown in the game as golf flags. If the robots see you, they will attack.
You can shoot the waypoints, which will confuse the robots. If the flags fall off the island, they are gone.
You can move around using the mouse and arrow keys.
Click to shoot.
Press the numbers 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 to change the point of view. This will be helpful to understand where you are in the game world.
Press 'r' or 't' to (re)parachute into the game. If you get stuck somewhere where you don't know what to do, this will give you a choice of what to do.
Press esc to quit. Press 'n' for a new game.
If you are not sure what to do, I recommend to start by pressing the numbers 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 to see where you are.
